What happens if there is no wind during my booked days?
We operate on a 100% flexibility guarantee. Any uncompleted hours can be rolled over to the next day, converted into surf/wingfoil alternatives, or fully refunded for the untaken lesson time.
Is gear included in the Multi-Day Lesson Bundles?
Yes, completely! Every coaching package includes current-season Ozone kites, control bars, twintip boards, thick wetsuits adapted to Atlantic water temperatures, harnesses, life vests, and helmets.
Can non-kiting partners or friends stay in the combo lodging?
Yes. Our companion lodging rules allow non-kiting partners to share the Riad room or apartment without being forced to buy sports packages. They pay only the base lodging supplement.
What level do I need for gear rentals?
To rent gear independently, you must demonstrate autonomous riding skills (equivalent to IKO Level 3: riding upwind and self-rescue confidence). Our instructors will conduct a brief beach assessment before handing over equipment.
How do airport transfers work?
We organize private, air-conditioned Mercedes or Volkswagen vans from Marrakech Airport (2.5 hours scenic drive) or Essaouira Mogador Airport (15 minutes). The driver meets you right at arrival with your name sign.
